The World Beach Tennis Association (WBTA) was founded in 2025 as a non-profit organization in the United States and was officially approved by the International Tennis Federation.

The WBTA is led by a board of top professional players committed to shaping the future of Beach Tennis. Under the presidency of Carlos Arruda, the WBTA’s mission is clear:
✅ Secure private funding to support the professional tour.
✅ Provide financial assistance to top players and selected tournaments.
✅ Elevate the visibility, credibility, and professionalism of Beach Tennis worldwide.

Driven by passion and purpose, the WBTA unites players, promoters, brands, and fans in a global effort to make Beach Tennis a sustainable, inclusive, and inspiring sport for generations to come. Our Core Goals: Promote meaningful values and fair play. Organize world-class events across the globe. Establish transparent and efficient rules & regulations. Build strong partnerships with international brands. Support both amateur and professional players as well as event promoters worldwide.
